Freelance 3D Modeller – Drylining Construction (Midlands) 12-Month Contract | 2–5 Days per Week | Remote or Office-Based My client, a well-established drylining construction company based in the Midlands, is seeking an experienced Freelance 3D Modeller to support upcoming project workloads over the next 12 months. This is a flexible freelance opportunity, offering 2 to 5 days per week depending on the candidate’s availability and suitability. You will have the option to work fully remotely or from the company’s office. �� Role Responsibilities * Produce high-quality 3D models for drylining and interior construction projects * Support project teams with technical drawings, clash detection, and visualisations * Interpret plans, specifications, and design information accurately * Collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams as needed * Ensure models comply with project requirements and industry standards �� Requirements * Proven experience as a 3D Modeller within construction (drylining experience highly desirable) * Strong proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines �� Contract Details * Freelance – 12-month duration * Part-time: 2–5 days per week (flexible) * Location: Remote or office-based (Midlands) * Competitive day rate available depending on experience
